Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot Soft Boiled Eggs & Hard Boiled Eggs

My family keeps chickens.  We love them.  They entertain and provide us with healthy eggs.
As a chicken farmer, I know that those tricks everyone boasts to peel fresh eggs easier do not work. I tried them all so don't bother to comment any tips.
The only thing that works to make them peel easily is pressure cooking them.
It's really simple.

Place as many eggs as you want to make in the pressure cooker pot on a steamer or trivet to keep the eggs off of the bottom.  Add one cup of water. Lock lid in place and:

For a soft boiled egg the time is 5/2/5
5 minutes cook on high pressure
Let temp come down for 2 minutes
Then quick release and move to cold water for about 5 minutes.

You can make a bunch ahead of time, keep them in the refrigerator for later.  To reheat, simply peel and heat for 15 seconds in the microwave or drop in a pot of boiling water for a few seconds.

For Hard Boiled the time is 5/5/5
5 minutes cook on high pressure
Let temp come down for 5 minutes
Then quick release and move to cold water for 5 minutes.
