Roasted Spaghetti Squash in about 20 minutes Paleo ad low carb

This is a quick way to roast spaghetti squash, but be careful slicing the squash.

I just slice is, rub it with oil salt and pepper it. Then roast at 400° for about 20 minutes.

Served with a delicious stuffed pepper for a complete low carb meal.
