Keto Friendly Cheddar Bay Biscuit Recipe ~ Grain-free

Low Carb Cheddar Bay Biscuits
2.5 g carbs per biscuit
makes 6

1½ C Almond Flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 c sour cream
4 Tbsp butter melted
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella works)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Salt

Combine all dry ingredients with a whisk. Combine the wet ingredients until fully mixed and add to the dry. These will spread out in the pan and taste amazing.
Transfer to your oiled muffin pan . and bake @ 400° for 10-12 minutes.

Here below I made a double batch and added some jalapeno and parmesan cheese. I made no adjustments to the recipe, just added the extras right in.
I am going to make one into an egg sandwich and see how it freezes.  These would be great to take to work.
